Adjacent to the CJ house-a house with three car spaces also room
for one boat trailer. Step down to a four bedroom home and enter
your own personal hideaway directly on the water of Paradox
Lake.

 On the first floor is a screened in porch overlooking the lake, with access to your own Pvt. deck on Which has a custom tinted glass table, sun umbrella and seating for
6 for those lakeside meals as your enjoy the vista of the lake, fish jumping, and the Paradox Lake Loons waffling their love songs sailing slowly by your lakefront rental ON THE WATER? Directly below that is an open deck with a picnic table. Two bedrooms have doubles, one has two singles, and the other is a single. The dining area seats six, the living room has a wood stove, overlooks the lake and has satellite, TV. With HBO and more than 150 channels,
DVD, CD with radio and cassette player, and pvt. telephone (free local calls). |
 The custom modern kitchen is fully equipped with a built in dishwasher,
NEW Electric Stove and oven, New refrigerator in 2007, microwave, toaster & coffee
maker, electric coffee grinder, and blender. There is one full bathroom with new shower adjacent to
kitchen on the main floor. All of our homes are supplied with first class
well water.
Guest should supply linens, paper products, soaps and food.

June 16 thru Sept 8: $1800 per week
May 19-June 15 and Sept. 8 thru Oct. 20: $1000 per week
Dogs: extra $100 per week per dog-Max 2 (see
policy)
6 person maximum including
children ages 3 and up.
Toddlers under age 3 do not affect occupancy count.

Smoking is permitted
outside the homes. Waterfront and scenic views from each dock
with all four homes. Custom stone fireplace located at the Ryan home. Satellite dish located in each home.  All of the homes
have an accessible area to walk into the water of a beautiful
Adirondack lake. Each home has a dock located right in front of
each home on the lake. Well behaved pets are always welcomed.
$100 per dog. Recycling is mandatory in Essex County. Use clear
bags only. Garbage
pick up is every Saturday.
